MAC report

Thank you for your comments.  The MAC report is a great resource, but the
ALSC is hoping for a more in-depth consideration of  the benefits and goals
of At-Large involvement (a basic, but important question, that will shape
the ALSC's final report).  The MAC indicated that "broad based membership
will help to provide representational legitimacy to ICANN" and,
specifically, that the purpose of At-Large membership should be "To ensure
representation on the ICANN board of directors of those individual and
organizational users that are not already represented by the Supporting
Organizations."

If you have time, it would be helpful if you went beyond the general
benefit/goal of "representation," and described how you see an At-Large
membership (or a lack of one) impacting you, personally?
