Hi All,
My name is Daryl Tempesta, and I have been advising my
clients for some time on the very best strategies for
protecting and using domains.
This includes individuals, and large corporations.
Ultimately, participation is the key. I see
participation as essential because the feedback is
needed to build a structure that is as suitable to as
many people and entities as possable.
This will result in a body of work that becomes
defacto policy, standards, and even law.
What would you say if I could reccomend a way to
instantly produce the same results? Instead of
recreating the wheel, so to speak,Why not peg domains
to real property law?
It is very robust, already contains laws, treaties,
governing bodies, ect..
The refrence point is that domains are unique. Both in
spelling, TLD, and even launguage. The issues of
dealing with domians, and setting up ways for
individuals would become streamlined and familiar if
domains were recognized as real property.
There is more, but this is the center if my idea.
Thanks,
Daryl Tempesta,
