I agree, but we need to make a concerted campaign to establish this
body's legitimacy within the public arena.
Currently only within the "tech circle" do they understand what
influence ICANN has.  

I agree also that we need to have the @large members with a larger voice
within the BoD.  The question is what ratio it should be to the
BoD.
