Yes.  That is the real challenge.  Unfortunately, it requires involving the aid of the mainstream press, who often take the position that this issue is too technical for the general populous to understand, and therefore "can't sell the story."  Somehow, we have to convince them that this is too important to ignore, and that part of their mandate is to provide enough background to understand what's at stake.

The original agreement was that half of the board members would be elected by the @Large community.  The board needs to stick to that agreement.  Anything less is a slap in the face of everyone who has devoted time and effort to the @Large effort.  And anything less would continue to perpetuate the current autocratic regieme, and their lack of evenhandedness will eventually doom the body's effectiveness.
