Mr. Williams is right on point but does not go far enough to lay it out.
1. You take the self serving language from staff saying they need more money.
(found abundantly in the budget)
2. You take no funding for the elections.
3. You take no funding for a funding staff -i.e. grant writers, foundation
sponsorship writers.
4. Threats of removing the Non-Coms voting.
5. Failure to get qualified based upon performance from the IRS.
6. You have a "leaked" report obviously to test the waters.
7. you have no funding for the GA chairs.
8. You threaten to cut off a list open to all in the GA after closing the
others.
9. You can't find 1.3$ million worth of proof for your certified audit.
10. You fund a redundant study (at-Large)
You are in violation of the APA and several CFR's and you are attempting to peddle
influence with public officials. Can anyone else spell RICO? Watch the next move
is to go profit by default.
Sincerely,
