Yes. The initial intention was for equal representation
from the @Large community to offset government and
corportate interests. That intention was wise, and
should be carried out.

Yes. I also believe that, whether intended or not, and
whether the law would have it or not, domain names are
being sold, traded and fought over in the courts like
real property, so should be considered such.
