In every aspect that ICANN is involved. To the degree that the

specific structure.

This should be the decision of the @large members themselves
and they should self declare any constituencies that any group of
@large members choose to create.

See above. Individuals should play a central role in the policy decisions
that are being proposed. Individual @large members should have a vote
on any and all policies that ICANN may be considering. Individual @large
members should be able to also propose policies for the @ large to vote
upon.
