  Absolutely right here Karl!  For those on this forum that may not know
Karl is one to the ICANN BoD members elected by the @large election.
He is a "Good Guy" BoD member.  >;)

  Yes we have already seen this lately with .EDU through a single source
contract negotiation being potentially handed over to Mike Roberts, recently
replaced CEO of ICANN, Company Educause.  A bit more nepotism.
