Brett, Hans and all interested stakeholders,

Both of your remarks and observations are noteworthy, to be sure.
It is now, and has been for some time now that this ICANN BoD, or
at least the "Boardsquatters" have no compunction about changing the
rules in mid stream so as to insure a specific ideological slant. It is, and
has been for some time now no secret that this ICANN BoD or at least
the "Boardsquatters" have no compunction to ignore the White Paper
and the MoU on a whim or without much concern at least. As such,
it is obvious that this ICANN BoD is not interested in stakeholder
decision making through a representation process/election of
an equal number of @large elected BoD members.
