We [INEGroup] are also in agreement with you. The article to which you
referenced from David R. Johnson and Susan P. Crawford of Matrix
at http://www.matrix.net is one that is and has been one of several
obscure literary organizations that has been a supporter of the
GIP group see: http://www.gip.org and the original "Initial"
ICANN BoD members. So it is not surprise that such utterings
would come from this obscure source. I find it rather interesting
that such an "Article" could be given any credence in the face
of the overwhelming outcry for the NOW ICANN BoD to
stop the delay in implementing the @large membership and
immediately hold elections for the remaining @large BoD
members to be elected by freely declared @large members
or Stakeholders/INterested Parties as called for in the
White Paper and the MoU.
