I agree with your statement, but we have to keep on trying
I think "he who has the means of power sets the rules"
So in order to have the ICANN one hundred percent legitimate, it should have
the means of being fully self financed by us the Internet users of the world
through:
*Member ship fees
*Direct donations.
* Most importantly having some fees derived from domain registration.
If this organization can generate its own financing then it will achieve its
first step of Legitimacy and freedom.
