Thanks for the info, Alan.  This conversation just reinforces the consensus
of this forum that the majority of the board is less interested in
furthering the At-Large process than perpetuating their own agendas.  This
is a dangerous position to take since, as I've said here before, ICANN's
true legitimacy can only be gained through a consensus of the Internet
community at large, which the At-Large community is intended to represent.
If they continue to deny this reality, rogue operations will continue to
blossom and they will lose control of the Internet, which will hurt
everyone.
