Of course your suggestion is a good one. And unless I am mistaken,
there have been three posts to this forum in the past two days making
such
suggestions on how to improve or provide for selection or candidates.
One, which I agreed with and was hotly debated and a general consensus
was determined, is that the Regional approach as to candidate for @large
members is not legitimate and has inherent problems as should be
replaced
with Country based selection of @large directors. A second was a
suggestion that the ICANN BoD whom betrayed their own agreement,
of originally having 9 @large directors be fulfilled. Also a suggestion
I
agreed with as do our members.
