It is an excellent interpretation, which should help us (ALSC and
everybody else) clarify our thoughts and discuss and find out
adecuate solutions to the ALM.

Just one comment on Option B:
In the Customer Supporting Organization, there is no place for ccTLDs.
ccTLDs are "registries" wich are included in the DNSO (the light blue
part in your chart).
