Yeah.  And that is what they are *already required* to provide.  If we can't
even get them to play by the established rules, what are the chances of
adopting new ones, or their complying with them when they do?

We really need to get the mainstream press to "discover" the injustice here
and get the public involved.  Anyone know someone in a network news
organization we can "school?"  (Note the lack of a smiley.  This is a
serious question.)
