Regrettably, no.  But assuming your goal of universal sufferage is
successful, who then speaks on the board for the folks who keep the
"plumbing" working, and those charged with developing the standards for
future iterations of the net?

But if we assume that we are eventually successful in our goal of gaining
At-Large control of the board, then this is a post we can revive.

Another person suggested that, in lieu of board representation, a staff
office under the board containing the standards bodies, etc., could be
effective.  Possibly, if the board listened to them!  But I still like the
idea of at least one voice on the board advocating for best practices!
