Karl and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  I agree with your assessment and suggestion here Karl.  We
have seem precious few comments or engagements from
this committee regarding this forum or even on this forum.
As a result the trust level is perilously low for any
conclusions that might be decided or determined
by this committee.
