The ability of the electors to learn of one another's existance and to
have means to contact and communicate with those other electors is a
necessary and crucial aspect of any election process.
This aspect is of sufficient importance that it transcends the right of
electors to remain private.
Communications channels established by "management", i.e. ICANN,
are useful but insufficient
It is necessary that the elctors have the ability to work outside of the
public channels, to coalese their ideas in private, and to work out
compromises and strategies outside of the view of those who seek to
overturn such compromises and strategies.
And the only means for that to occur is to for the memeberships to be
freely available to all memebers for uses related to the election.
