  None should be "Selected"!  All should be "Elected" by the At-Large
members.  And ALL 9, not 6!

  Are you suggesting that a line of succession be acceptable such as
in feudal structures?  If so, this is extremely odd if not bizarre, and
certainly not a bottoms-up structure!

  In addition I would add, that such a method or restructuring is in
violation of the MoU and the White Paper to boot!
