Friends of My Internation and Dotcommoners,

Mr Williams speaks well here. And I am sure that the majority prefer such sterile
comments, however I, suffering from a degree from one of the finest Schools of
Philosophy in the United States have been endowed with caring for my fellow
dotcommoner and speak upon their behalf;

Denial of due process is the worst denial of all. A soccer player cheated may
grow up to be a terrorist. You get the point.

I speak as only an inside voice and in full support of our many members, but I do
not speak in support of icon as a whole. Lest there be doubt I deride and
chastise our leadership. Please read carefully this is not meant for anything
less than students of history and struggle.

What our charter and the MoU call for is communism. Not once do any of the
documents or incorporation papers or white papers or contracts call for a
democratic capitalistic view of overseeing/helping/governing the Internet. (good
or bad depends on how we treat it) They call for consensus and communal concepts
of working together. It is a great model unless you pay close attention to power
and how historically it takes a monopolistic totalitarian role in such
circumstance.

It has been done so here and needs to be corrected.

I personally hold a few truths self evident;

I. Individual users should be entitled, at all points to be represented
equally with commercial Interests and domain name holders of right.

II. Representation on any given Internet controlling body should be in direct
proportion to use and not to profit.

III. Control and Governance should be handled by an International Institution
completely separate from those existing to date, excepting those specifically
designed to evolve for that purpose alone.

IV. We all have a right to a definitive statement as to our ownership and use
interests in the World Wide Web whether it be the based on Use, Holdership or
Ownership, internet, the legacy root or any alternative sources of connectivity.
We have a right to rely upon given standards, and not the decision of Officials,
or changes by a party in power.

V. Any form of censorship in developing these ideas should be specifically and
generically prohibited, especially criticism and publication amounts in general.

Please comment for I am a lonely dotcommoner with little understanding of the
complexities of such matters but a deep overriding sorrow for the loss of any
right enumerated above.

With all respect and Sincerity,
Your servant eric,
I prey on behalf of dotcommoners
