When you want something you have never had before you must try something you
have never tried before. This is the Internet, your brilliant techies must
constantly think outside the box lest they become trapped within it. Poly-wogs
cannot think Outreach along the same traditional lines. Education is Marketing
and Marketing is Education.
Let us give a charitable contribution letter of $500 US for each banner
placement on websites. Certainly all search engines and Registrars would be
happy to comply. I assume ISPs and ccTLDs would be pleased to contribute.
Perhaps we should remember that the threat of negative publicity is as great a
motivator as the hope of positive publicity [ >:( ]. Outreach simply must
become pro-active.
