Well the support of people against certain concepts is a consensus;

A). Taxation without representation is dead wrong and will not fly.

B). Domain name registration as a requirement for voting is wrong.

C). Paying to vote is not even negotiable.

D). Technical problems are not a justification to deny voting rights.

E). the At large should elect all members of th BoD

At large voting rights are not an SO issue.  They are fully across the
board all of ICANN and should encompass all interested stakeholders.
