Dear Esther,

As long as we can agree than some construct that allows for nine geographic 
zones might be possible, then we have the basis for a discussion that will 
allow for nine At-Large Board Directors to be elected.   I am not married to 
any one given set of geographical considerations, and am perfectly willing to 
explore other possibilities.

Is your committee to the same degree willing to re-examine the six-director 
recommendation (which judging from feedback on a number of forums has not met 
with any approval thus far)?
