Several of us have been calling them on it regularly. From the draft

True. And a fact they conveniently overlook. The technology is there if
they want to use it.

I doubt any of us are buying it. It is clear now that this "study" has
solely been an exercise to give a cloak of respecctability to an attempt to
disenfranchise Internet users and perpetuate corporate control of the
Internet. But as you point out, the cloak is threadbare, and we see the
sickness inside for what it is.
