  Yes it is.  But if you are a domain name holder, as my first response
to you on this instance indicated, you would have known that
instinctively almost.

  I think that is the ICANN staff!  Amazing isn't it that those
responsible
for these minor problems, still cannot even handle a simple technical
problem
such as this one, yet seem to have the audacity to feel that they can or
should
dictate whom should be able to be members of the At-Large....  Terribly
ironic I think....
