Denise and all stakeholders or interest parties,

  Hay Denise, how come this guy could not have posted this
to this forum himself?  This is the third one of these I have seen
today BTW, yet none of these three folks seems to be able to
post to this forum for themselves to this forum.  Is the max limit
allowable on this forum been reached?  I do know that several
of our members have been unable to subscribe.
