I truly wish this would have been a little more specific but I think the
overall effect and gist is well placed.  I also hate the delays but
recognize them as inevitable and livable, as opposed to haste makes waste.

It would appear that a hard line stance by anyone here would be counterproductive.

There are a number of social security issues underpinning the set of circumstances which are apparently apriori in this response which should also be addressed.

If I had a desire one way or the other I could spin this easily 360 degrees to suit anyone's needs.  So I suggest we let MDR take its' toll and play it from there.  I appreciate the nebulousness of this response which allows for positions to be formed after discussion.
