Denise,
No doubt you will include in your report evidence to substantiate community
consensus on various issues, including aspects of the NAIS Report and so on.
Would you please also include in this section a note of the very obvious and
strong objection expressed in this forum to reducing the number of At Large
Directors from 9 to 6, as noted in the results of the Straw Poll conducted
recently on this list which resulted in the majority of particpants
endorsing the original ICANN commitment for 9 At Large Directors.

After all, as any Public Broadcasting Network will tell you, the media has a
duty to give "air time" to the full spectrum of opinions regardless of their
commercial value, and as the lead party in ICANN's restructuring project,
the ALSC has a duty to report viewpoints of this significant minority as
part of an accurate record of the ALSC's activities.
