[ALSC-Forum] The "Official" ALSC Report is Posted

  It doesn't look like the most important issues were unchanged from the

Draft Report.  So in my first reading, it seems like yet again the
ALSC did not listen very well or very closely.  That's a serious
communication problem.  However we [INEGroup] shall be
addressing this report in some detail shortly.
