Dear Committee members,

Please advise if we will be given fair opportunity to review the ALSC 
implementational recommendations prior to their formal submission to the 
ICANN Board.  Briefing papers on Keywords, and discussion papers on Grace 
Periods have already been courteously made available to the public by ICANN.  
Does the Committee plan to extend the same degree of courtesy to the 
At-Large?
