Then the Internet world is very poor. Most of the people who received money 
from the ICANN share into a vision which opposes what the Internet 
Participant Community want the ICANN to be.

The ICANN is not the problem. The way it is managed by its own opponents 
is. As you say the problem is now mostly a tax problem for some. Mani Pulite.
