hmmm.... what about the $ 450.000 on the @large budget.
I am interested in sharing if this is not taken over by Staff and ICANN. 
This means that the @large body is incorporated separately as @large or as 
an ICANN user association.

You can have icannatlarge.org
if incorporated as such we can use the ialna.org - Internet @large Network 
Association - what we discribed: an international group with local focal 
point gathered into a lose governance and a common secretariat/

Why not. Let see what you get. But as long as the target is not to get rid 
of the contract policy I doubt people will be interested (I am quite 
surprised at the awareness about the ICANN of the people I meet: they are 
not interested, they are opposed and joking at it. Make it serious and this 
may change: but I would hate sharing into a "make believe".
