Pindar, you wrote: "if this is all a song and dance then, shut it down and

home and stop wasting everyones time".

Perhaps you and/or other members of the Committee would care to comment on
the activities of Mr. Joe Sims?

As Mr. Froomkin wrote in today's Icannwatch column: "I have little doubt
that no lawyer for an organization would express views regarding the
fundamental existence of his client to a major government agency unless he
had at least cleared them in principle with his client."

As such views purportedly advocated the elimination of At-Large
representation within ICANN, it's time to clear the air. You, Esther, and
Mike Roberts surely cannot claim to be in the dark regarding such efforts.
You were tasked to coordinate with ICANN Staff on implementational details.
Is this how you coordinate? A joint plan to kill the At-Large?

What back-room deals are now being made? What game are you playing at? Why
should we extend any further cooperation to this Committee? Why should
anyone trust the ALSC in light of this revelation?
