I am confused a tad here I did not think Mr. Sims represented ICANN.
Louis Touton does. I know it is a Jones and Day matter but???
No memberships and no right to complain.
Does Jones & Day also represent KPMG and Verisign?
Has ICANN filed it's compliance statement with the appropriate agencies to
confirm non-profit status?
either way how are they going to comply with the donation vs revenue percentages
required, especially without
at-large donations?
Is there a lawsuit that establishes that donations to ICANN are not tax
deductible until the requisite filings are completed. How can anyone donate,
much less ask for donations in these conditions?
Now I see why so many laughed at me, its' like asking to give to my church
because I say its a church.
This is a huge fraud
We are back to forming an electoral body outside of ICANN where we can get
funding and can really vote on matters of import. If this non-profit was formed
and the initial election committee were opponents of ICANN then would some of
you contribute?
