  Floating any proposal with respect to the At-Large by Joe Sims,

  Ok Esther, than the proposal for a funding model I already put
forward should be not problem.  Yet you have stated that the
BoD will not be forthcoming with any funding what so ever
IYHO in an earlier post to this forum.  How than do you or
any of the ALSC expect any faith-credit at this juncture?

  Nevel Chamberlain when returning from a conference
in Warsaw with Her Hitler, held out a paper singed by
Her Hitler guaranteeing peace in Europe in 1939.  That
same year Hitler marched on Poland...  Faith-Credit?
I am saddened to say the ALSC's credit limit is reached.
No more loans today.  It's time for some tangible assets
to be put up, Esther!

  No it's a joke entirely from where those that have been paying
attention sit.  Tangible assets Esther, Tangible!  Promises,
pledges don't put beans in the pot!
