[ALSC-Forum] Interim membership survey results, FYI

The ALSC is conducting a survey on the level of interest in a
self-sustaining At-Large membership (http://www.atlargestudy.org/). The
survey was posted on our website in English on January 28 and in Chinese,
French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish on February 10.
Notice of it also was emailed to the ALSC's "announce list" and posted on
ICANN's website.  We will accept completed surveys through February 28.
As of February 9, 1435 completed surveys had been received.  A summary of
the results is included below.  As of this writing (08:30 Pacific Time,
February 20) 1916 surveys have been received (no updated interim results
available yet).
