  Well not really solved, no.  But we can help in getting the money
problems solved.  As I have already mentioned and posted
here on this forum twice now, a funding model is on the table.
I haven't seen any others of note except Jefsey's basic offer.
No accounts though on that, just and address.  No funding
model on Jefseys either, but a start none the less.  Of the $10m
we put up in 1998, was for INEGroup to get ICANN going
as an organization.  DOC/NTIA and Becky Burr at the time
decided to go with John Postels's hand picked Interim BoD
and no $$.  Again none the less, INEGroup has continued
and is thriving, and growing...  This could be the At-Large
however.
