Hi-Tek Multimedia, Inc. A California corporation involved in web hosting since
1995 and the Authorized Global Internet Marketing Agent for Vietnam and the
host of seetijauna, Baja Mexico, and the award winning cdrom for Carlsbad which
is interactive with the web, will gladly host and provide assistance in this
regard.

We are a Marketing company involved with over a dozen countries. The views that
I have previously suggest here are not necessarily those of the company. But
they are willing to contribute in kind over $30,000 in services to make this
At-Large concept a reality.

Our owners are refugees to America. We have insured a Global vision within our
company and want to provide others with our dream and vision of a more inclusive
tomorrow. All of our people want to think globally and act locally which to us
means such places as the Ukraine, Paris, Ho Chi Minh City, Puebla Mexico,
Flagstaff, Arizona and of course our home of San Diego - The highest immigrant
population percentage in the world.

We are ready at once and will have a site up and running as soon as technically
feasible.

I will be in Hong Kong in the Middle of next month for details if need be.

Joop I expect that you will want some technical interfacing with our CTO to
finalize arrangements, that would be CTO@hi-tek.com .

I am unopposed to using Jefsey's funding model as far as logistics are concerned.

There is no reason that I have found not to use France as the "corporate"
foundation.

I would like to see Internet Cafes and Danny's website incorporated into the
outreach model.

Here is an opportunity, our choice; what will it be?

Sincerely,
Eric
