Thank you Esther. That is a generous pledge.
I too should have better ways to get poor than associating with ICANN. But 
somehow I got sucked in....   It must have been the promising language of 
the White Paper , the MoU and the Bylaws.<g>

We now have 3 pledges, Pindar's has already materialized, Mike Roberts' is 
conditional to the Board's recognition of what we will do here and yours is 
conditional to the "formation".

If you could kindly define that, (incorporation, bank account, website, the 
first 50 members, anything else ..) then we can work (and spend some $) 
towards concrete targets.
