Yes, I will be in touch with him  and arrange for hosting of 
icannatlarge.com, which I just registered.

When Jefsey get icannatlarge.org sorted, he can redirect that Domain to 
your servers.

I am not sure of what is exactly required for incorporation in France. (the 
text of a Constitution, certain mandated clauses,  minimum number of 
incorporator, etc)
I would like Jefsey to post the full legal details, so that we can compare 
with other jurisdictions.  We have to avoid a 'competition" of 
jurisdictions that might deadlock us.

Danny's outreach site is great for a multilingual effort. Please detail 
here what you would like to suggest for Internet Cafe's.
