Eric and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  Thank you for you kind response.  I am posting it back to the
ALSC Forum as it originated there.  I noticed that there
may be some discrepancy in what you are asserting below
and my suggestion however.  From:

"eSuperLOTTO™ is the premiere online lottery ticket purchasing

It would seem that what I suggested for a potential funding source
is indeed possible.  Perhaps you can follow up on this using your
much vaunted marketing skills and get back with everyone on your
progress with this?  Please advise...
