Of that I am not sure presently. I am not sure whom "We" is as you reference
here. However there are some things that, as I said in my last post
on this thread, that our members have expressed interest in. Simply put
here is s short list:
1.) Open membership in this new ALM to any and all interested stakeholders
regardless of their status.
2.) That the membership of this new ALM be one of individuals.
3.) That the membership of this new ALM elect directors and other
potential types of representatives in a open democratic fashion
without exception.
4.) That the membership of this new ALM vote on any and all policies
that may effect them in a simple majority rule determination.
5.) That the membership of this new ALM have a e-mail forum
for discussion and debate of any and all issues it may entertain
related to the Internet.
6.) That the membership of this new ALM have unfettered access to any and
all financial records of the new ALM upon demand or such information
be publicly posted.
7.) That the membership of this new ALM have the right to elect any
and all officers, directors or other representatives for the New ALM.
8.) That any and all meetings, conferences, ect., be conducted in public
and a historical record of such proceedings be provided for online
and kept in perpetuity.

See above for the "Short List".

Your already doing that here. But as a self professed Master of outreach
for the DNSO GA, I am sure you would know better than I...
