Good idea here Jefsey. Yes time is of the essence to a very great degree.
But being careful is also essential. None the less getting a Registration
page up shouldn't take too much time..

Good here too Jefsey. Than we need to get the USA.ICANNATLARGE.ORG
up very soon too and take membership registration there. However had you thought
of what would be appropriate for each country's registration fee, and
is an account set up to accept these membership registration fees as well
as the credit card or other payment methods for the membership fee?
This will and should be essential if this effort is to be self funding...
