That's apparent just from his writings here. Fortunately, I learned long
ago that ones positions of authority and wisdom don't always coincide. Why
do you think Dilbert's pointy-haired boss is such a recognizable figure?! :)
It is a common failing of those in authority to assume that those not in
authority are somehow intellectually inferior to themselves, and therefore
their ideas are somehow less worthy. If the organization they are in charge
of is lucky enough, they learn the error of their ways before the
organization implodes!
