  No, but many stakeholders ARE in the Philippines.  None the less
it seems that you missed the point entirely...  That's unfortunate.
And yes, these are the people that we are trying to help.  But
to help them help themselves.  "The lord helps those that help
themselves"...

  Perhaps you have already forgotten.  Just today I have offered
to set up an US account for which funding can be deposited
for this effort...  I have offered in INEGroup's name our voting
application and implementation of same.  We have also offered
a funding model as well...  Until we, myself included, know that
this effort is real and has at least a funding model in place,
accounts by which potential contributers/members can contribute,
and a membership registration facility implemented, it would be
in our opinion premature for us to make such a *Pledge*...

BTW, how much as Hi-Teck *Pledged* in terms of real $$?
