Well, it surely provoked discussion here!

To board members who may be "lurking" here:

This proposal is a knife in the heart of our self-organization efforts,
efforts that you in the past spoke ill of us for not doing.  Now that we are
seeing momentum to build an At Large organizaton, wouldn't it be more
equitable to hold off on reorganization and work with us under the scope of
your MoU, rather than reorganizing us out of existance?
