Bruce and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  Bruce, as you know we [INEGroup] have had several global elections
for stakeholders that are our members. similarly have many corps. for
their stockholders/stakeholders as Karl Auerbach mentioned recently
with CISCO.  So the ICANN BoD and staffs "Story" of such elections
and not feasible, is nearly a blatant lie or they are wishing to deny
stakeholders a voice and a vote in the determination in policy making
for central internet issues which their tax dollars paid for if they are

American Citizens that pay taxes...
