Yes, it was hacked.

Now it is restored.

However, when on another list the details of the ICANNATLARGE.com
funding and costs were exposed, as were available on what were
publicly available forums on the website, mysteriously now the forums
are completely locked out so that the public cannot get to those facts
any more and make their own judgements as to what is going on there,
including over $4000 in invoices to be paid out of the donations to
Joop's company Imachinations (Which is registered in New Zealand to
his Sons apparently).  Donations which would have been much better
spent on things like outreach and education.
