Dear all,
since a number of the At Large Study forum list readers will
also be interested in icannatlarge.com news: The icannatlarge.com
Interim Steering Panel will soon be chosen by all those who
have signed up until April 19.
I find the list of candidates for the seven-member panel
quite impressive:
Izumi Aizu, Japan
Vittorio Bertola, Italy
Daniel Chalef, South Africa
Johannes K Chiang, Taiwan
Eric Dierker, USA
Vivek Durai, India
James Fiander, Australia
Robert Gray, New Zealand
Satyajit Gupta, India
Richard Henderson, United Kingdom
Wolfgang Kleinwaechter, Denmark
Alan Levin, South Africa
James Love, USA
Veni Markovski, Bulgaria
Wawa Ngenge, Cameroon
Youn Jung Park, Korea
Roozbeh Pournader, Iran
Ron Sherwood, US Virgin Islands
Sotiris Sotiropoulos, Canada
Bretton Vine, South Africa
Elections are scheduled to start on April 23 and will close on
April 27 at 12:00 (midday) UTC. Details will soon be available
at the icannatlarge.com site.
If you have signed up before April 19, you will automatically
receive an email ballot (from the dnso.org domain).
You just mark [X] up to three candidates and
send the complete ballot back by email. Don't cut,
copy or otherwise edit the ballot, please!
(You need not worry about the defacement of the index page since
the ballots will be sent through a totally different system and
your email addresses are not published. If you keep the ballot
email, you will be able to check whether your vote has been
counted correctly.)
Many thanks to the candidates and especially to Elisabeth Porteneuve
and Glen de Saint Gery for helping out with the balloting system
which has served the DNSO well!
Best regards,
/// Alexander
