I feel it proper to send a disclaimer here.

alexander is following a citizenship criteria for regions or country.

I am most definately a USA under that criteria.

But that is where it stops.  I have been for over a year directly 
affiliated with dotVN.  My primary office is located in Ho Chi Minh City.
My work takes me to many developing countries.

My attitude and perspective is from developing Nations.  In fact I am quite 
antogonistic toward the "American perspective".  So if you are to go vote 
on this matter, and I encourage you to do so, please do not make the 
mistake that since I am listed by USA I have any intentions of representing 
that perspective.
